This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use https://www.thecancunlist.com (the "Site"), in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Contact and identification data you provide: name, email, phone number, and details submitted when you register as a broker, request information, or contact us.
  • Lead and interaction data: when you click our WhatsApp or email contact options or submit an inquiry, we record the interaction (contact channel, the listing or page of interest, date and time) to respond and follow up.
  • Property and account data for registered brokers (license/registration details, listings submitted).
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your information (purposes)

Primary purposes: respond to your inquiries, connect buyers with verified brokers, manage broker accounts and listings, provide and improve the Site, and ensure security. Secondary purposes (you may opt out): marketing communications, newsletters, and personalized offers.

We rely on: your consent (e.g., marketing, non-essential cookies); performance of a contract (broker accounts, responding to requests); and our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Site, preventing fraud).
